Product results may vary depending on the surface, environment, application method, infestation level, condition being treated and whether usage instructions are properly followed.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from FIXIX PK. All orders are subject to availability, verification, confirmation and acceptance by FIXIX PK.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, hold or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving incorrect information, suspected fraud, duplicate orders, pricing errors, stock issues, delivery limitations or unsuccessful customer verification.
For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully processed before dispatch.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you by telephone, WhatsApp, SMS or another available communication method to confirm your order before dispatch.
Orders considered high-risk or requiring additional verification may be subject to further confirmation or advance payment requirements before dispatch.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not always be possible.
If we make a material change to or cancel your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information supplied with your order.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 - PRICES, PROMOTIONS AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated.

The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated before the order is finalized.
We may periodically offer discounts, bundles, free products, promotional codes or other special offers. Such promotions may have separate conditions, eligibility requirements and expiry dates.
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact and payment information.
Where online or prepaid payment is used, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We provide delivery to supported locations across Pakistan through third-party courier services.
Estimated delivery times displayed or communicated by us are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote-area accessibility and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where applicable, our normal estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 3–5 working days. Some remote or difficult-to-service locations may require additional time.
We are not responsible for delays caused solely by third-party courier services or circumstances outside our reasonable control. However, we will reasonably assist customers with delivery-related issues.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable telephone number.

SECTION 6 - PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
Customers must carefully read and follow all product labels, instructions, warnings, precautions and usage directions before using any FIXIX PK product.
Products must only be used for their intended purpose and according to the instructions provided with the product or on our website.
Where applicable, products should be kept out of reach of children and pets and stored according to the instructions on their packaging.
Do not intentionally ingest products or use them in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
For pest-control, cleaning, plant-care and other chemical products, customers are responsible for checking product instructions and surface compatibility before application. Where appropriate, test the product on a small, inconspicuous area before wider application.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FIXIX PK will not be responsible for damage, loss or injury resulting from misuse, improper storage, incorrect application, failure to follow instructions or warnings, or use of a product for an unintended purpose.

FIXIX PK's online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to provide our online Services.
However, purchases made from our store are transactions between you and FIXIX PK, not Shopify.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by FIXIX PK or for claims arising solely from transactions between customers and FIXIX PK.
Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have that cannot lawfully be excluded.
